How a service works

  1. Tell us about the car

Year, make and model, and what you’ve noticed. Photos or a short video help.

  2. Inspection and diagnosis

We inspect the car, find the cause and show you what we found, with photos.

  3. Your approval

You get a written estimate. No work starts until you approve it.

  4. The work

Carried out to the manufacturer’s specifications, with the parts you approved.

  5. Hand‑back

Your car comes back with a written record of everything we did, ready for its service history.

Engineering first

RSR tech was founded by an industrial engineer, and it runs like an engineering practice. Every car gets the same method: understand how the system works, prove the cause, fix it properly and write it down.

It’s the difference between repairing a car and replacing parts on it.

Cause before parts
We confirm what’s wrong before we replace anything.
Plain answers
You’ll know what we found, what it means and what it costs.
Everything documented
Photos, readings and notes go into your car’s service history.
